Demo Trading Account Terms of Agreement

1. Introduction

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for using a demo trading account provided by Daman Markets.  By opening a demo account, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Account Registration

To create a demo account, you must provide:

  • A valid email address
  • Your full name
  • Nationality
  • Country of Residence
  • A phone number
  • A password

3. Trading Experience

The demo account allows you to:

  • Trade a variety of CFDs, including stocks, commodities, and forex.
  • Test trading strategies without financial risk.
  • Access the same trading platform features as a live account.

4. Time Limitations

The demo account is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of registration. After this period, the account may be deactivated unless you transition to a live trading account.

5. No Financial Liability

Daman Markets is not liable for any losses incurred during the use of the demo account, as all trades are executed with virtual funds. The demo account is intended for educational purposes only.

6. Transition to Live Trading

You can transition to a live trading account after gaining sufficient experience and meeting the appropriateness and KYC requirements.  However, trading with real money involves risks, and past performance in the demo account does not guarantee future results.

7. Policies

Daman Markets reserves the right to modify the terms of the demo account and applicable policies at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By using the demo account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
